  • Where does the time go?

Ok, first off, let me start by saying sorry that it has taken me so long to write something on here.  I've completely forgotten about Xanga, but I remember how much I love writing on it, so that is why I am back on here tonight . :)

My first year at Bluffton finished really well.  Track ended on a good note with a season PR.   The track team was awesome and I am looking forward to next season!

Summer '10 - Has come and gone like no other!  I go back to Bluffton Monday morning already!  I worked a lot this summer and got to hangout with my friends as much as possible.  I ran with the high school team again this summer to condition for this cross country season, which I am totally stoked about!  I have high hopes for this season, time to take a leadership role!!  I have kept in touch with most of my Bluffton friends this summer.  All of us are ready to get back to campus and see each other.  I have a good feeling that this year is going to be better than last year.

I can't stop thinking about this guy that I got really close to at the end of the school year.  I have missed him this summer like no other, and hopefully things will work between us.  If not, I understand since he is a graduate of Bluffton and is ready to start his life after college.

    Until next time,

"And I wonder if I ever crossed your mind..."

I can not believe that this year has gone by so fast! I have less than two months of my first year of college left! It really is hard for me to believe. I am having a great time here at Bluffton and hope to continue that for the rest of this year and the years to come. I have met some great people and have created friendships that I know that will last a lifetime.

Last week was spring break for me. I started off break by seeing WICKED!! I freaking loved it! It is the best musical I have seen. If you get the chance to see it, do! You will not regret it. I also was able to go run with the distance girls during their track practice each day last week. It was great catching up with everyone, especially the seniors. I have missed everyone so much! I really just spent my time running, relaxing, and hanging out with whoever I could. I also did see Alice & Wonderland in 3D and I have to say it was not to bad.

So you know the boy I mentioned about in my last entry, well we still are talking but I feel like it maybe getting somewhere. As I said, we shall see what happens.

Well, I think I am going to bed.

    Until next time,

    Katy

Girls don't like boys, girls like cars and money Boys will laugh at girls when they're not funny

I am impressed with myself. It has been less than a week since I last wrote on here. Currently I am hanging out with my Bluffton friends and talking about Channing Tatum. lol I have been busy with track and homework since I last wrote on here.

I have decided that I really don't like indoor track. Running indoors around a 200 meter track is just not fun when you are a distance runner. 15 laps for the 3k and 25 laps for the 5k..not cool. lol Looking forward to outdoor track even though I am not a fan of track, but it will be better than indoor.

I have this paper that I am writing for Biblical Worldview and am not enjoying it. It is taking forever. It's due Friday and most of it is done, but it is still a pain in the butt.

I really like this boy and I talk to him a lot. We will see how that goes.

    Well until next time,

    Katy

    Catching Up

Haha wow. So it has been way over a year since I last got on here.

Track '09 - Went by to fast and hated having to say goodbye to being a Troy Trojan Athlete. My career ended at Districts so it ended on a somewhat good note.
The rest of spring '09 was just finishing my high school career and graduating from Troy High School!

Summer '09 - Conditioned for the cross country season with the high school team. Went well. Went to Disney World with my family and had an amazing time. Love going there. Was able to hang out with my friends a lot and I also worked. Had to say good bye to a good friend, but we still keep in touch.

Bluffton 1st Semester - Bluffton is going well. I have met so many new people and have made so many good friends. Cross country season went ok for being my first year of collegiate competition. Totally know there is more room for improvement. Classes went well and enjoyed pretty much all of them.

Christmas was good with the family and was happy to hangout with friends over the 3 week break.

2nd Semester of Bluffton so far - Going good. Spring Break is practically a month a way and I am excited. Love the classes I am taking this semester. Not enjoying indoor track but it will soon be over and then outdoor track will be here, which will be better.

Well that's all I can think of to type out. I could go into much more detail, but I don't have time to do so.

    Senior Year!

Okay.  A lot has happened since the last time I got on here.  I am always spending my time on Facebook or Myspace anymore.

First, Summer '08 was awesome!  My family and I went to South Carolina and I had an amazing time!  The ocean was beautiful and each day there was amazing!  Cross Country conditioning took place and I enjoyed every moment of it.  Sad that it was my last summer of conditioning as a high school student, but still had fun!  I saw the Dark Knight which was the movie of the summer.

School- I love being a senior!  '09 baby! lol  My classes this year are not to bad.  Calculus is probably the hardest.  AP Gov't is the easiest.  Latin 2 and Political Science are not too easy, but not too hard.  Stephen and I broke up back in September.  Not going there at all.  That is a totally different converstation and if you would like to know about it, you can ask me in person.

Cross Country- I had so much fun my senior season and I am really sad that it is over!!  Each and every girl on the team is a sister to me and all the funny moments that we had together I will not forget!  I'm really excited though to be able to have the oppurtunity to be able to run in college.  I am looking forward to that, even though I don't know where I'm going to school at yet!

Basketball- Sadly, I decided not to play this year.  There is a ton of reasons why, but I really am going to focus on the running this winter and get ready for an awesome track season!

There you have it.  Senior year so far.  I know there is more memories and exciting moments to be made!

I almost forgot, I have seen Twilight twice now, and I'll probably be seeing it again soon!  It is amazing and I love the books! =)
